Cebola has been tattooing since 2005. He came from Fortaleza to Paço de Arcos, a few steps from the sea, and the studio carries his name.
It's a small, clean, appointment-led space. The design is talked through and adjusted, every step is explained, and nobody is rushed — which is why people come back for the second, the fifth, the fourteenth tattoo.
